Terms of Service and Privacy
These terms summarise the conditions for using USA VPS Server services, including our Virginia VPS, New York RDP, dedicated server and domain services. By ordering a service you agree to them. The full client-area terms published at control.serverslot.com take precedence over this summary wherever the two differ.
Services
USA VPS Server provides virtual private servers, Windows RDP packages, dedicated servers quoted on request, VPS-based web and WordPress hosting, and domain registration. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. Resources, locations and prices are those shown on the order page at the time you buy. You are responsible for the software, content and configuration you place on your services, including security updates and access credentials.
Acceptable Use
Services must be used lawfully and must not harm other people or networks. Prohibited activities include sending spam, phishing, distributing malware, launching attacks or scans against third parties, hosting content that infringes intellectual property, and any use that breaks applicable law. Unlimited traffic and bandwidth are provided for legitimate use and do not permit abuse. We may suspend a service that threatens our network or other customers, or that receives credible abuse reports, while the matter is investigated.
Billing
Services are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Invoices are issued in the client area, and payment can be made by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and, after a further period, termination and deletion of data. Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the pricing and rules of the relevant registry.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service by submitting a cancellation request in the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Data on a cancelled service is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy anything you need beforehand. Refund eligibility is governed by the client-area terms.
Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data, stored outside the service. Any backup facility we may provide is a convenience and not a guarantee that data can be restored.
Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
Privacy
We collect the account, billing and technical information needed to deliver and support your services and to meet legal obligations. This website stores your theme choice and your cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies". We do not sell personal data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the client-area terms at control.serverslot.com remain the governing document. Continued use of a service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
