What to Include in Your Message
A complete first message saves a round of questions and gets you an answer sooner.
- Sales questions: describe your project, expected traffic, preferred operating system and whether you need a VPS, an RDP desktop or a dedicated server. For dedicated server quotes, list processor, memory, storage, RAID and network requirements.
- Technical issues: give the service IP address or hostname, the time the problem started, what you were doing, and any error messages or screenshots.
- Billing matters: mention the invoice number and the payment method used, such as cryptocurrency, card, PayPal or bank transfer.
- Domains: list the names and extensions, the number of years, and whether you want a new registration or a transfer.
Where Our Servers Are
Our USA VPS plans run on KVM in a Tier III data centre with IP addresses that geolocate to Reston, Virginia, in the Northern Virginia area known as Data Center Alley. Our USA RDP packages are hosted in New York. Both locations are on the US East Coast, close to major American population centres and well placed for traffic to and from Europe. Dedicated servers are quoted on request, and the location forms part of the quotation.
